About HBTN
Welcome to the Havant Talking Newspaper website. Known as HBTN, the Havant Borough Talking News helps bring the local news to blind and visually impaired adults in the borough. Each fortnight, volunteers produce and dispatch 60 minutes of news in audio-cassette or CD format and the service doesn’t cost the listener a penny. Adding to the audio-mix is a quarterly magazine containing music, quizzes, poems, stories, entertainment and interviews.
